Remark at the award ceremony of the competition for self- employed entrepreneurs of Northern Province which was jointly organized by Northern Provincial Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Crafts and the National Board of Entrepreneurs
Mr. A. Natarajan, the Consul General of India in Jaffna, said that India would assist the development projects in the North. He made this remark at the award ceremony of the competition for self- employed entrepreneurs of Northern Province which was jointly organized by Northern Provincial Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Crafts and the National Board of Entrepreneurs. He made this remark as the special guest of the event. It gives me great pleasure to witness the contribution of the entrepreneurs to the economic development of the North. We will be supportive of the economic development of the North. Arrangements will be made to invite investors from South India to visit here. Likewise, you should be able to sell your products there. The relationship between these two countries must strengthen. He added that not only the Provincial Government of North and the Government of Sri Lanka, but also non-governmental organizations should contribute to the economic development of the North and East.
