The Consulate has been instituted an India Corner at Jaffna Public Library, a well stocked library and reading room where Indian magazines and journals are available. The Jaffna Public Library is open for public from 0900 to 1800 hrs on Tuesday to Sunday, Wednesdays and Fridays. |
