Malaraddum Puthu Vasantham - 2016

           To promote and propagate Indian and Sri Lankan art and culture especially in rural areas and also to coincide with the festive seasons of New Year and Thai Pongal,  in association with Mallikaitivu Mallikai Youth Club of Mullaitivu district, the Consulate General of India in Jaffna is organizing a cultural evening on Sunday, 10^th January 2016 at Puthukkudiyiruppu Central College at 3.00 pm. The school children and the Fine Arts colleges in Mullaitivu district will present the cultural programme.
